Your goods are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 days after full payment has been received. Your goods will be shipped via Chiltern Transport with a signed proof of delivery (POD).

Shipping fees are calculated according to the shipping methods that pertain to the different goods you order from us. If your order contains a mix of shipping methods – say, palletised and parcel – then you will be asked to confirm the shipping methods on checkout. The shipping costs will be clearly shown to you.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is always taken to protect fragile objects.
